How does billing work for team members?
You're charged $12.99 USD / $19.99 AUD per user per month. When you add new team members mid-cycle, they're prorated based on the remaining days in your billing period. You can cancel anytime.
What happens when I hit my Free tier limits?
When you reach your monthly limits, you'll see a prompt to upgrade to Pro for unlimited access. Your limits reset on the first day of each month.
Can I cancel my Pro subscription anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll retain Pro access until the end of your billing period, then automatically downgrade to Free.
Do my documents ever leave my browser?
No. All processing happens 100% client-side in your browser. Your documents never touch our servers, regardless of which plan you're on. This ensures complete privacy and compliance with data protection regulations.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. We currently don't support PayPal or bank transfers.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Not yet, but we're working on adding annual billing options with discounts. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when this becomes available.
Can I add more team members later?
Yes! Pro workspaces can invite unlimited team members at no additional cost. You can add or remove members anytime from your workspace settings.
