Our Commitment

ProviderTools is committed to making our tools and website accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We believe that everyone deserves equal access to our privacy-first document processing tools, regardless of their abilities.

Accessibility Features

Keyboard Navigation

All interactive elements and tools can be accessed and operated using only a keyboard. This includes:

• Keyboard shortcuts for PDF redaction (Ctrl/Cmd+Z for undo)
• Skip links to bypass repetitive navigation
• Clear focus indicators on all interactive elements

Screen Reader Support

Our website and tools are designed to work with popular screen readers, including:

Alternative Content

• All images have descriptive alt text
• Decorative images are hidden from screen readers
• Video content includes captions (when applicable)

Testing Methods

We regularly test our accessibility through:

Known Limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, we acknowledge the following current limitations:

• PDF redaction tool requires mouse or trackpad for drawing redaction boxes (keyboard alternative planned for future release)
• Image preview thumbnails may not be fully accessible to screen reader users
• Some third-party integrations (Stripe checkout) have accessibility considerations outside our control

We are actively working to address these limitations in future updates.
